Mary-Jane graduated from the University of Birmingham and was later admitted as a Solicitor in 2005. She has worked in large Multi National firms and a top London firm mainly dealing in Commercial Property but also acting for National Developers in their Plot Sales. She has also worked in regional firms in Devon and the Midlands dealing in both Commercial and Residential Property.

Mary-Jane’s expertise in Commercial Property covers all aspects of Landlord and Tenant work, acting for either Landlords, Tenants or Lenders. This includes but is not limited to; the granting of Leases, Lease Renewals, Licences to Alter, Licences to Assign and Rent Deposit Deeds . Mary-Jane has also acted for Lenders including acting on a £30 million Commercial Mortgage.

Mary-Jane’s expertise in Residential Property includes but is not limited to; Sales and Purchases of Freeholds and Leaseholds, Reverse Freeholds, New Builds, Shared Ownership Leases, Transfers of Equity, Re-Mortgages and Holiday Chalets.
