Kay is a CILEx. Probate Practitioner and she has 18 years’ experience in Private Client specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Grant Applications, Administration of Estates and Property and Financial Affairs Court of Protection Applications.

Whether you want to make a Will, apply for a Grant, or to seek advice on an elderly relative’s welfare, Kay uses her wide-ranging expertise to achieve the best possible outcome for you within a reasonable timeframe.

Kay has a Dementia qualification and understands the principles of Dementia which assists when dealing with the affairs and welfare of a person with Dementia and their family in a sympathetic way. Kay is also an Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friends Champion; Kay can train people to understand Dementia and promotes Dementia friendly working environments.

Kay volunteers as a Trustee for a local Dementia Charity.
