David is a solicitor in the Civil Litigation & Dispute Resolution department.  He has over 25 years’ experience in the field of dispute resolution.  He advises and represents clients across a wide range of dispute resolution matters.

For David the most important part of his job is clarifying his clients’ objectives, analysing the evidence and working out a strategy to get the best outcome possible. 

David can assist with dispute avoidance and mitigating risk, but where a dispute has arisen he will proactively work to manage and resolve it, advising on the risks and benefits of litigation or alternative dispute resolution and presenting the case compellingly and robustly.

David enjoys getting to know his clients, both individuals and businesses.

Away from the office David enjoys spending time with his family, music, reading and the great outdoors.
