Adnan Rafiq

Adnan is an ambitious member of our commercial team. Adnan prides himself on providing practical advice on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions. He specialises in all aspects of commercial property including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals for clients across the private and public sectors, with particular focus on:

•       Sale and purchase of commercial land and buildings.

•       Sale and purchase of residential properties.

•       Acquisition and granting commercial lease, licences and tenancy at will.

•       Negotiating wayleave agreements.

•       Rectifying title issues.

•       Adverse possession claims

Adnan has over a decade of legal experience working in the public sector and has been involved in a significant number of public sector investment deals in the last ten years, including numerous shopping centre acquisitions with an eye on regeneration for the acquiring local authorities. 

Adnan enjoys working at the centre of a pragmatic, energetic team of lawyers who have a reputation for delivering high-quality service. He is Resourceful and skilful at translating abstract legal concepts into everyday language, Adnan clearly explains what each situation means for his clients and combines personal support with expert advice to deliver excellent client service.

Outside of work, Adnan runs an international charity which is focused on helping vulnerable people throughout the world.
