I am Head of New Build for Clark Brookes Turner Cary solicitors based in West Bromwich. Alongside this role I am also a Senior New Build Conveyancer and am a highly competent Plot and Residential Conveyancer with over 20 years’ experience in the legal field.

In the last eight years I have specialised in New Build Sales and Purchases. I also deal with part exchanges, new build shared ownership, Help to Buy, Right to Buy Forces Help to Buy, residential sales and purchases.

I find property an interesting area of law, which is fast paced and rarely boring. There is always something new to learn and I enjoy the contact with clients as well as developers.

The conveyancing process can appear very daunting. Please rest assured I have a great deal of experience in my field and I do not just tick boxes, I value all my clients and I work hard to build a rapport with them so I know what they want and can give advice on matters that may help in a transaction. Whether you are a first time buyer or looking to sell or purchase a multimillion pound house, I take the time to get to know you and work proactively, paying close attention to detail to ensure any required deadlines are met and I will support you throughout the process from start to finish, making it as smooth as possible. It is also my aim to make your sale and/or purchase as easy to understand as I can.

I have been told I am very efficient, patient, knowledgeable and friendly and I firmly believe communication is the key to happy clients and developers.

Away from work, I enjoy cooking, making gift baskets, crafting, glass etching, walking in the countryside and spending time with my children and grand-children whenever I can.
