Our reception is now open from Monday to Friday 9am until 1pm and 2pm until 5.15pm, to keep both our clients and colleagues safe, visitors are strictly by appointment only. To adhere to Government Guidelines there is minimum waiting room available, please do not arrive early for your appointment. With effect from Saturday 8th August all Clients and Visitors to our offices are required to wear a Face Covering.
On both entry and exit to our reception please use the Hand Sanitiser provided, you will also be asked to confirm your name and contact telephone number for track and trace purposes.
We would like to reassure our clients and other visitors that we are following Government Guidelines to help reduce the risk of infection such as:-
- Good personal hygiene practices
- Hand sanitiser dispensers for both Client and Staff use
- 14 day self-isolation for staff who presents with symptoms
- Social distancing – please do not be offended if we do not shake hands when greeting you, staff have been advised to limit contact with clients and colleagues
We are pleased to confirm that as of Monday 22nd March 2021 over half of our staff have had their first Covid-19 vaccination.
We would be obliged if as many clients as possible will contact us by telephone rather than face to face.
