The Criminal law team at Clark Brookes Turner Cary Solicitors are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to advise and represent clients who are subject to criminal investigations by the police, local authority, Department of Work and Pensions or face criminal proceedings in the Magistrates Court or Crown Court. The criminal law team is based at Clark Brookes Turner Cary Solicitor’s office in West Bromwich but our solicitors advise clients across the area including Tipton, Dudley, Wednesbury and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our Legal Aid franchise and our membership of the Law Society’s Criminal Law Accreditations Scheme means that we can represent clients who qualify for legal aid as well as those who are required to pay for their own legal advice. Paul Breen leads the Family Law department at Clark Brookes Turner Cary Solicitors in Stratford-Upon-Avon and West Bromwich. Our family solicitors deal with all aspects of family law including divorce, separation and ancillary relief, pre nuptial agreements, co habitation agreements and the legal aspects of civil partnerships. We also deal with Children Act cases. Our focus is on timely advice which is often needed urgently and on costs which we know are in important issue in all legal matters, especially family law.


Mental Health

Clark Brookes Turner Cary Solicitors is one of a handful of firms in the midlands providing advice in the complex field of Mental Health Law and one of few with The Law Society accreditation for providing mental health legal services. Our mental health solicitors act for clients who have been detained or “sectioned” under the Mental Health Act 1983, their relatives and carers as well as advising on the responsibilities of local authorities to people with mental health problems.



Michael Cary is responsible for the childcare law team at Clark Brookes Turner Cary Solicitors.
